Experience rate -we manage to balance the rates so 150x is more reliable to people who want mid fast leveling
Drop rate- equipment drop is 30x Healing 30x usable is 30x common is 30x as you know in neufRO we manage to balance the drop rate not so low but more challeging grinding. We wan't a good market trading in NeufRO in the future.
MVP Drop- why common 15x healing 15x usable 15x equipment 1.5x? because we don't want mvp item overflowing in the server also we have MVP announcer every time you kill an MVP Server will announce who kill and where so you will no dougt no GM killing mvp, All MVP drop with .001 will also be announced.

I'm not sure how KingsRO was like, but perhaps you can give ElariaRO a try. It's a low rate pre-renewal server with usually 80~140 active players on (depending on time zone), and the pop is increasing every day.
