1. Server with Super Novice Extended Quest
2. Preferably new server
3. Low Rates - Mid Rates
4. English as Main Language
5. Active and Dedicating Staff
6. No OP Donation , or no donation at all......

atm we dont have the extended Supernovice, but check out roguard-online.
we are a small lowrate server
english is the main language,
very active staff (we are permanently implementing features or append new things to existing feature without breaking the game itself)
our server is hosted in europe
our client and server is protected by internalguard and a custom security logic.
our cashshop contains some headgears/items from official servers, and some visual costumes which also can be aquired trought Zeny, as we offer a Zeny to Cashshop Points trader.

Hello there,

I'd like to recommend you a low-rate server called Ragnarok Frontier. It's a low-rate pre-renewal server with trans classes. The rate is 9/9/4 for non-trans classes and 6/6/4 for trans classes. This server is hosted in Montreal, Canada and a lot of players are from Canada/U.S. You should definitely check it out if you are in this timezone. It's not a new server, but the server has been up 10+ years, so you know how stable it is. The GMs are professional here and there is no OP donation for sure.

I'm happy to see you are seeking a low rate server. Hopefully the one I'm about to offer you suits your needs and you come to join us.
OriginsRO (site: http://originsro.org/) is a server that aims to provide a fun experience close to that of official servers.
Although we launched in October 2013, we started even before Juno update (the one that brought in 2-2 classes), and have been reasonably releasing each official episode changing only where necessary.
We are currently on episode [episodenamegoeshere], and our rates are 5/5/5/3 (3x is for mini-bosses and MvPs).
No donation money is ever accepted unless it is a completely anonymous transaction. That is, there isn't and will never be any sort of Cash Shop, Item Mall or VIP system. We keep the server 100% free!
There are no game-breaking NPCs like Healers, Job Changers, Free Warpers or Resetter, but we do have a tailor and a hairstylist with several cloth colors, hair colors and hairstyles (both official and custom!), plus 4 different skin tones (Pale, Default/White, Tan and Black) to be set during character creation.
Everything will be updated about once every two months until we hit the latest pre-RE episode, from where we will focus on content developed by us, or adapted from Renewal to fit classic mechanics.
There is also a Master Account system, so that all your game accounts are linked to a single one that you will use to log into the game from the Launcher, while using the interface to select which game account to log in. A common master storage also exists, making transfering items between your accounts even easier, and guest passwords can be set for friends or guildmates to use a single game account without learning of the other ones linked to your M.A..
Our launcher and client have been tested to work on Windows natively, and on Linux and Mac through WINE.

Yes the community speaks English.

If you're looking for a new home, maybe you should give WoonRO a try? Unfortunately we do not have the Super Novice extended quest, and we were not a new server (we have been running stable for about 2+ years), but if you can overlook those things I think you might have an enjoyable experience.

Specifics:
• Mid Rate (150x/150x/50x, 1x Boss cards)
• Pre-renewal
• Main language is english
• Very active, friendly, and dedicated staff. We love hearing the player's opinions on our forums and we are always open for criticism about our server.
• Very balanced donations and no custom items. Essentially, everything you can donate for can be obtained in-game.

Hello!

You can choose to immediately start out as a level 90/60 character or just level up as a level 1 novice. Rates are 5x/5x/1x, Pre-renewal and no battlegrounds. Sad to say that we do not have the super novice extended quest. D:

Donations are super expensive and does not cause imbalance issues as the most strongest donation item gives out 10% damage reduction from any type of race. and +3 stats with a slot. That's it! The rest are mid headgears and costumes.

The server is super new, I only have 4 players atm. Why not try it out and see for yourself?

oh sorry to tell you that we don't have super novice extended but we do have super novice i forgot to tell you that server is pre-renewal 99/70 trans job, extended super novice is a renewal job.

Your biggest/must requirement is having Extended Super Novice? Does it have to be renewal or can it also be pre-renewal? I doubt there are many pre-renewal with extended SN though.

yes, i'm longing for Extended Super Novice,
I've tried some servers including the renewal one, and guess what.... they dont implement that quest either....

the quest itself consisting skills from pre renewal rite? so i guess it is possible to implement it in pre-renewal, as long as the admin is willing to do so. well either way, pre renewal or renewal are both ok for me
