Dear Reeves,

if you are still looking for a new home, you should give ElariaRO a try.
Let's see if we can fit your desires.

1. Server with Super Novice Extended Quest

Sadly we can't fufill this one. But this will be the only one!

2. Preferably new server

We started just a month ago, the market is pretty fresh and there are only two 99/70 currently.
There are 120+ people online each day minus ~15 vendors.

3. Low Rates - Mid Rates

Perfect, ElariaRO is a 7x7x5x lowrate server, excluding MvP's which are 7x7x1x
and these following Boss monster which have 7x7x1x CARD drop:
- Angeling
- Deviling
- Archangeling
- Ghostring
- Maya Purple
- Gemini-S58

4. English as Main Language

English is the main language on ElariaRO, but we also support German, Italian and Spanish - more are following.

5. Active and Dedicating Staff

If you check out our RMS reviews, you can see that everyone is happy with the Staff.
We are trying to have at least one GM online all the time.

6. No OP Donation , or no donation at all......

We don't have OP donations in our cash shop. Everything is well balanced and if there is something you don't want to see ingame because you think it's to OP, you can always suggest in our forum to remove this item.
We made this server to fufill players wishes and not to do our own thing.
Of course we can't fufill everything but until now we found a solution for everything!

We have a new server opening this coming May 20,2014. XtremistRO is a Low-Midrate, Pre-Renewal server with 25x/25x/15x rates, 99/70 base/job, NO Third Jobs. It seems that all you said is right here in XtremistRO.
