LF>New pre-renewal Low or Mid Server

Ill keep it short. What i want low or mid server that is new days up to 2month old that has   
* Balance custom
* Custom quest
* Events like PVP showdown Party vs party (this is what my current server lacks but i wont leave it(
* Guild of the month prizes - so that people will be active at woe
*warper job changer healer. this is only what i need
* Alchemist shop and blacksmith but dont put everything like ingredients
*near singapore game time so i can be active at woe
*Donation only like armor and weapon(custom or not) but please no mvp cards

I dont like 
Market npc places like high rates do
Tool dealer with Ultra expensive prices and has everything like (poison bottle) makes alchemist useless
Imbalance starter packs like high rates do giving valk set for new players and because its also new server
No Donation MVP CARDS or Normal CARD so people will hunt hunt hunt! and we can Handle the economy properly

Hope i can find a server like or nearly that...
please dont tell me make my own server

We have balanced custom items and custom quests , which revolve around a custom storyline.
We have tons of events such as those , also we are adding 3 vs 3, which is a 3 man party against other parties in order to win rewards in the server.
WoE is the highlight of  our server, we get peak population at WoE. and trust me it's a ragnarok delight. We are a month old with 100 active players.
We have both alche and blacksmith shops in @go mall
Have out healer, warper and job changer as you said.
WoE is easy for singapore players, one of my good friends is from singapore and he WoE's every weekend with ease. I can hook you up with him.
Donation is also balanced and all that is obtainable in game.

We have no Guild starting packs or newbie starting packs at all.
and we personally make people hut and quest for everything.
