Looking for a New Pre-Renewal Low/Mid Rate Server

Looking for a relatively new pre-renewal low or mid rate server (by that I mean the server debuted within the past month). I'm looking for a fresh start and would like to find a server that's starting on a clean slate.

A server that's located in the US with decent WoE times would be good.

Why not give ZealRO a try?

We are a mid rates server with 50x 50x 30x rates floating to 80x 80x 50x.

We are 2 months old peaking at over 400 players online.

The server is hosted in the US for the best latency and i believe our WoE times are perfect for the server.

I looked at the specifications you wanted, and thought SimpleRo would be perfect for you.
The new server will be opening sometime next week (Maybe earlier), and it will be a 10x/10x/5x Pre-Renewal 99/70 Trans-Class server.
