High drop rate, low to med base exp rate

My only criteria is that the server has

• low to medium base exp rate
• relatively high drop rate

Can you give a better Range in your criteria so we cans search better?

i'm not really looking for an exact range. as long as the exp rates are less than 100x, and the item drop rate is at least twice as much as the exp rate, its good. i found a 3 servers using the search function, but all were completely empty.

i'd also be interested in checking out a server if it had a unique class system or something interesting
