Looking for a RENEWAL server

Hello, I'm looking for a RENEWAL server for all my guildmates (~15ppl) with these conditions:
- A new server or server that will be released soon 
- Rate must be 50x/50x/25x or more 
- Main language is English 
- Bombs or bomb making ingredient is buyable via NPC 
That's all, hope there will be a server that fit our conditions

Hey there. We're a relatively new server (opened up two months ago) and would love to have your guild join us.
While our rates are a bit lower than what you ask for (25/25/10), with it being a renewal server, it's not too difficult to level up, and you can easily make the rates 50/50/20 by using Bubblegum and Field Manuals [:

Sadly we do not sell acid bombs and bottled grenades from an NPC, but you can easily buy the materials from players that farm these things.

So, Woon Renewal has been up since August 10th, I don't know if that's new enough for you or not, but it's a very stable server. There's about 100 people on average, right now there's 119 playing and the population is growing every day. Woon has been running a pre-renewal server for over 3 years, so you know that it's not just a flash-in-the-pan sort of server.

Rates are 100/100/75

I believe WoE and BG materials are available in battlegrounds tradeable for badges, but not just NPC-buyable. We gotta keep it balanced. c:

We opened June 1st 2012, I know it's not a new server by any means, but we're growing a new WoE scene (as one of the major guilds left due to their guild leader being banned ) and have  different styles of WoE, including a No-Custom WoE where only official gear is effective.

Rates are 125x, max level is 175/60

Our main language is English, in-game, forums, and support.

You can purchase Acid Demonstration materials a few ways, from PvP Points(participating in PvP), or from WoE Resource Vouchers(Participate in events, buy from players, or donate)
