Looking for a battle-tested server

You know how most servers start out big and vibrant and happy, then everyone vanishes and it shuts down? I'm looking for a server that's come back from a population collapse at least once.

Also:

• Same-sex marriage
• Midrate
• The more up to date, the better
• Dungeon and town warpers
• Autoloot
• Minimal game mechanic customization
• 100+ active (not vendors or AFK) players at non-peak
• Owner must be extremely chill

Anyway, same sex check, mid rate check, updating on a weekly basis and competing in content with even iRO (Ages ahead of any other private server), @go and a warper to the first floor of dungeons, autoloot and no custom skill balancing. We started with 20 players a year and a half ago and we're hitting new peaks every weekend, currently around 770. Regular online count is 600.

And I can chill with the best of them.
