all of them are low rate except
Nova
For 1/1/1 rates I suggest excelRO
For a but higher try Spirit Online (6/6/6) both are solid and classic.
I am currently playing on ExcelRO, it's a relatively new 1x server, so you won't have missed on much, I think it's the most faithful one to the "classic experience™" that's currently up on RMS, with just a couple minor custom features, so I'd recommend it. /no1
OathRO is also a good one, but it is more custom. /ok
