Looking for 255/120 or 1000/250 or 1000/120 Super High Rate Server

We're from 2 guild (exactly 70 players) merged from ex-NovaRO & ZinthRO (closed down already) players seek for a new server especially 1000/250 (wanna try something new on SHR [4]slots stuffs).

What we looking for in SHR?

1. SHR not based on EXP but based on Drop rates and questing.
2. Balance server and different features than other servers.
3. Prefer Anima Bellum looks alike server if possible but not too much bots cos it makes us laggy during WOE.
4. Active/Friendly GM is a must. Cos we might need some guide in-game.

Why we're so choosy ?

1. We're dam active like 8hours per-days gameplay and during weekends 16hours at least.
