As title says. Looking for an international server that uses English as main language. Classic, pre-re, revo-class, etc... any is fine. Don't care about rates. Stability and active community would be a plus!
Preferably a server that is NOT based/hosted in SEA and/or where the majority of the population are from said region.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
