I'm looking for Pre-renewal server with rates 10x/10x/10x to 25x/25x/10x.

Having Donation items, whether cosmetic or not, is a huge turn off.

Multi-clienting is a must. No quality of life NPCs is a plus, as I believe they affect the economy and longevity of a server, but I'm okay with them.

I'm located in Canada so N. American based servers are preferred.
