Looking for a server similar to DarkRO

Hi, I'm looking for a server similar to DarkRO in terms of skill and item effects.

Other things I'm looking on a server old or new.
-Servers that support the Philippines (Low ping)
-255/120 (with or without instant job changer)
-Valkyrie or Diablo armor with unfrozen effect (optional)
-Active GM's
-Friendly community
-Intense WoE
-fairly balanced items, skills and classes
-Active community (I've been through a lot of servers and they are all like a ghost town)
-With or without freebies
-No OP donation items
-Decent custom items
-No 3rd job if possible, I don't know if it's just me but trans job makes woe intense.
-No Bias / Corrupt GM

Any suggestions are very much entertained as I'm really desperate for some RO myself
