In Need of Server with Friendly Pops

Hi and hello. I'm Dr. Emperore, I've been playing Ragnarok since I was in Junior High School, and stop when I was in Senior.
I come back a few times to play in College, but never stay too long. All in all, I think I will never be able to really leave RO from my life.
Now, I'm looking to come back but kinda afraid. When I was in college, I tried a few PS server but its not to my liking.
Too little population active and more to it, people seems like a robot. They play by themself almost all the time, even when i meet and greet them in field, the didn't even respond to me. Is not that I always need to play in group, I sometimes like playing alone as well. But mostly I need to share my enjoyment to play with someone else you know.

So that's why i make RMS account in quest to finding that one server. Is there anyone can recommend me a server like this ?
Low to Mid Rate Server, no more than 100x rates
Server Located around Asia if possible, since I am in SEA. But EU or USA Server is okay as long as its stable.
Pre-Re or Re Server I don't mind.
Don't have so many custom item, like wing and stuff. I just .... don't like them.
But custom quest and story is GREAT. I love playing with stories.
I don't mind Donation system, since I would love to support the server which I like. But not if it will give the donor to many advantages. It will make thing imbalanced.
Big Population and Friendly, well that's a must i guess.
