Must:
1) pre-renewal max lvl 99
2) base/job exp between 10x and 200x
3) HAVE HEADGEAR QUEST

Below is not a must but will be great if have.

1) repeatable exp quest npc
2) quest exp not 1x
MR
1) dragon set quest
2) bradium ring/earing/brooch queet

Hello there!

I'm looking for a server with these features.

Must:
1) pre-renewal max lvl 99 Yes
2) base/job exp between 10x and 200x Our exp modifiers start at 5x, but we often go higher due to holidays, events and such. Today it is 6x base, 6x job, 6x for quest exp also. Item drops are at 4x and cards at 5x (except mvp). The exp rates will most likely increase some more for Easter time. We also offer a big party share bonus of +80% exp per party member.
3) HAVE HEADGEAR QUEST Yes! Official quests of course, but also lots of custom quests for specific headgears, many with deep storyline, also Mr. Hatter, ill detail more below.

2) quest exp not 1x Currently 6x, it follows the rest of the exp modifiers.
MR
1) dragon set quest We have the set, but not as quest, it drops directly.

Mr. Hatter the French Hat Maker is a repeatable quest with numerous official hats, one part of the quest requires to bring 5 cards from common/low-level monster. This gives a good value to those cards (~350k) and in turn helps new players make some much-needed zeny.

We have an Allegiance system where you can pledge for either Light or Dark, each has exclusive headgears associated.

Many holidays also see the addition of a unique temporary quest, which usually rewards with a new headgear or a choice from past years headwears. Easter is next.
