While it's fine to suggest servers that may interest the thread creator, they must met, at least, partially, his/her items. In this case it's being hosted in Europe which doesn't give posters that much freedom.

What makes OriginsRO unique?
Our server has the purpose to look as much as possible like the official servers, in their Pre-Renewal state, and we don't have the unbalancing custom items and NPCs that you can find in most private servers.
Classic RO
Since we dislike many of the changes that were introduced by the Renewal system (RO isn't a cute game anymore?? That can't be true!), we'll be closely following the developments of the Classic iRO server, starting from the origins (that's where our name comes from!), and make the Rune-Midgard world evolve bit by bit, evaluating each Episode before including it in the game in order to avoid breaking the gameplay, and helped by our players' feedback.

There are only like 11 private servers that currently have a population larger than 100 (I excluded those that don't show population on their website, somewhat sorted by population):
TalonRO ~1500 players
BalikRO ~1000 players
DreamerRO ~800 players
ForsakenRO ~700 players
PlayRPS ~500 players
TervistRO ~400 players
TrueRO ~400 players
WoonRO ~350 players
LifeRO ~200 players
HeRO ~140 players
EsunaRO ~120 players
BalikRO is in Indonesia. TalonRO, DreamerRO, ForsakenRO, TrueRO, WoonRO, HeRO directly state they are hosted in US. PlayRPS shows "British" flag on RMS, but on their website, they clearly state their servers are in LA. LifeRO and EsunaRO also show "British" flag, but I tracerouted the IP of the website and the checked the location of the IP and that's also in the US (might just be the website and not the server, though). TervistRO is in Europe and has 400 players, but that one is on your exclude list.
The second largest European private server I know is ElariaRO (~100 players), which you also excluded.
So I guess you will either need to steer back on one of your requirements, ask LifeRO and EsunaRO staff where the server is hosted or play on the official European server.
PlayRPS is basicly a pinoyserver. Some friends of me raped them so hard on the highrate with a guild called "salari salari" or smthn. Potnd and Meth are working there. So you can have a try if you are bored.
Actually there is no good european server around. The online server which I know is http://www.burningro.com/. (http://www.burningro.com/.) But its a highrate and the average population is about 50.
I dont think that a good european will come up anymore. The s*** pinoys are everywhere and cry so much tears about the connection to european. It makes sense because you have to pass a lot of connection knots before you reach it. Its faster to connect to 'murica over sea. Usally pinoy making 80-90% of the server donation. Its ridiculous that some of them spending hundrets of dollars for trash but cry manly tears when they need to buy a fastpath connection for 5-10 dollar every month. Logic at its finest. But yeah, they are mostly the reason why no europe is running anymore. And because of the fact thats there arent many europeans around who still playing ro.

TervistRO is a no because the protection they have is trash to the point where you can't even use ROExt to modify your window size/make it use less CPU because the Gepard Anti-Hack detects it as "illegal".
ElariaRO simply has a bad server set-up (Harmony), questionable decision-making and the awful Renewal client that won't let you log in to another account, instead closes the game entirely.

I suggest you to think about what you write before actually writing it.
First of all ElariaRO has a good server setup. We're using Internal Guard and
not Harmony - which is imo the best one out there next to HaShield but HaShield is still in development. I wouldn't even touch Harmony since there are so many bypasses going around. We're pre-renewal but using the renewal .exe for some features but that has nothing to do with "won't let you log into another account, instead closes the game entirely". We never had that problem, there isn't even a post in our Forum or somewhere else regarding this. I guess either you played on another server which wasn't ElariaRO or you're completely mindbroken and this is just a trolling post.
Sorry, I must have misread on the forums about it then, because I saw someone mentioning Harmony.
I am going to give your server another try as I might have it mixed up with the tons of other servers I've tried out this week.
We wanted to buy harmony a few months ago, but since there are too many bypasses and we heard a lot of people complaining about it + harmony didn't respond to us, we didn't buy it. Internal Guard does use a lot of CPU too. Not sure if it takes more or less then TervistRO's security system. Also Internal Guard doesn't allow any modification on our server except for low effects. Just check it out and experience ElariaRO yourself if you have nothing against such a security system.
Edit: We're looking forward to get HaShield once it's released.
