LF> Mid/High Rate | Pre-Renewal 99/70 servers located in the US

Hi, I'm looking for a Pre-Renewal 99/70 server that is located in the US. Do not post if you are suggesting a low rate as I don't have the patience to grind as much anymore.

What I'm looking for
- US based server or maybe South America
- 99/70.. I don't want a Pre-Renewal with 150/70 or 255/70
- Healer, Dungeon Warper, Rental NPC, Platinum Skills NPC, Stats/Skills Reset NPC
- @go, @storage commands (I can live without @storage)
- No pay 2 win, custom gears that add stats
- MVP Cards disabled in WoE



So far, I might be testing out AngelingRO as they will open up in a few days and they fit the criterias (most of it I guess...)
Maybe I'm asking for a lot but if you're close enough to this then post it...
