Max lvl 170/99 or similar.
Job max level should be AT LEAST 90 please.
With 3rd Jobs and extended classes

Healer (preferably free but not mandatory)

Big plus if it's a stable server, has custom gears listed, dungeon warper, and many hairstyles.
