LF>Pvp Based Server

Looking for a server that is directly geared towards pvp. Prefer high-super high rates. 100% drop rates? 25-50% MVP cards drops?
level 99 with normal stats and no delay would be preferred but willing to go 255!
Population doesn't have to be huge, as long as it has at least 15-30 active players
USA hosted is a must seeing as i would like to keep my ping low for  spammage.
English speaking GM's ONLY!
I'm mainly looking for a sever that does not require hunting. I don't have much time to play RO and the little bit that i have i like to PVP. I used to donate tons of money just to get into pvp quickly but nowadays that's a little harder.
OH AND NO OP DONATIONS/NO OVERLY LONG QUESTS/NO 3rd JOBS!!!
I dont mind spending an hour in a gold room to fully gear a character if that says anything...

You would enjoy this ready to PK server after signing up like monsta RO. Everything is obtainable and available in malls. Normal / Mvp cards, HG's, equipments and healing items! We have a cashlist and kafra points system that can be farmed through our skill off farmzone map so the easiest job to farm with is sniper with a baphomet card embedded on your bow. It's quick and easy! We're a 99/70 server that has just started and most of our players don't have time for farming due to busy schedules with real life commitments. I've been hopping from server to server looking for a super high rate 99/70 trans class with [1] slotted items and finally found this gem. We have woe 4 times a week and there are mainly 3~4 guilds participating at that time. Try it out and you might like it!
