Looking for a new server again~

-*English
-Preferably 3rd jobs implemented, but not entirely necessary
-Rates around or above 5k base/job, 10% or higher for card drops
-Max level 255 or higher
-Low to mid sized population
-Minimal customs - Non-godly items are ok, just no custom towns, monsters, and please no anime stuff

*The last 5 or so servers I've played on had an English/US flag on their listing, yet no one spoke a lick of English.

Basically I'm looking for a pvp-intensive server that within an hour of joining I can jump into the action. Minimal grinding/hunting. Card shops are ok, just as long as they don't have MVP cards.

I realize there's probably no servers that meet those specifications exactly, I'll still try whatever is posted (as long as I haven't tried it before).

-Rates around or above 5k base/job, 10% or higher for card drops : Rates are 10k/10k for leveling. 1% MvP, 10% for non mvp.

Well, if you haven't tried BORO out.. http://bo-ro.net/

- English speaking
- Rates 5k 5k 1k / MVP 10% drop rate
- Max level 254/get all skills
- 40-50+ people. The server is 2 weeks olds.
- Their are custom items but its not crazy imba stuff. Its actually gear that makes other classes that normally would suck on a high rate, useful. The main town is custom. Not sure if that would bother you. You can save in other towns though. Overall the customs are very minimum compared to other high rate servers i've tried. No ugly wings, headgears, monsters, ect..
- 70+ commands including the ones you listed

The server does have pvp enabled everywhere (except towns) and a spree system. People are still gearing up though so not much action at the moment.
