LF> high rate server

Back then i played EbilRo which for me the best server (in my opinion)..they re-launch in 2020 but i didn't have a chance to play..
I've tried many server to but neither of the server suit me (dreamerRo, osro, elementro)... So i want to try one last time seeking for the good RO server before quitting ro forever.

Looking for high rate server.
Prefer : rate 4k/4k/2k  / pre-renewal
No OP donation (i know its hard to find one since donation kept the server alive)
No hard quest (asking for 600~1k)
I'm not pvp or woe guys, just love hunting MVP and do ET.
