LF super high rate server 255 to 9999999 lvl.

HI im looking for a floating rate server (mvp card drop rate should be more than 20%) or have private mvp room that i can summon ALL(even rare) boss i want(mvp card can be less than 20%).
costumes are not a problem and quest as long it dont need 1k requirements.
server to just pass the time and have fun like the old days.
