LF - High/Mid/Low Rate Server

Good day,

I am currently seeking a server that could best work for myself.

What I'd like:

~ Renewal is preferred, but I also don't mind pre-renewal.
~ If Renewal, then I'd like to have the alternative 3rd class costumes available in some capacity.  Preferably, they would not be tedious to obtain either.
~ Active GMs that are personable or reasonable.
~ Active BG.
~ Convenient commands that offer quality of life.  These include @go, @storage, and @autoloot.
~ Public channels for speaking across the server that are accessible from the start.
~ No corruption.
~ No items that are donation only or unobtainable for new players.
~ Active and decently sized community.
~ Mid-Rate or Low-Rate is preferred, but I'm at least open to High-Rate suggestions.

As for max levels...

Pre-renewal - 99/70
Renewal - All I really have is a limit for this.  Anything between 175/50 and 200/70.

Not too concerned about the rates themselves, more interested in the following bullets being met by the server.

All in all, I'm looking for a server where I can spend some time and have fun with.
