LF > Mid to High rate, 3rd jobs, pre-re

So back in my high school days, I used to play EssenceRO before it shut down in 2016.  It's the type of server I am most used to, so I am just curious if there is anything else out there that's like it.

What I'm looking for:
Rates between 25x to around 250x or so, not too high.
3rd class jobs (or even 4th class somehow), but adapted to pre-renewal.
I don't really care about the population as long as there's at least a few others playing.
