30~300x below exp rate
1% all drop
0.1% mvp and mini mvp
Pre renewal trans server
100+ player's
Cheap donation
Not over power and not too much custom items(just official custom)

Technically the server you're looking for doesn't exist.  I think you'll need to edit your post to be a bit more descriptive if you want people to reply.  If a server doesn't match within a certain criteria, the server's post can be removed.  I represent a Renewal server, and that's why I clicked, but your actual post says almost the opposite of what your title mentions.
