LF > Low Rate Pre-Renewal w/ Trans

Hi RMS!  I'm looking for a Low Rate server with a decent population.  So far I've come up with TrivialRO and PlayWildRO but I'm not sure which to choose.  Can anybody help me with this?  And if there are better servers please let me know.

Requirements:
-Low Rate (RMS definition, like 1/1/1 - 25/25/25?)
-Transcendent Classes, Non-Renewal
-Close(r) to Officials:  Max Level 99/70, 190 ASPD, 150 Instacast, etc
-Decent Population
-BG/WoE (Or at least plans for them)
-No OP stuffs/excessive power to donors
-No lag/delay.  I live in Canada (East side) if that helps.

I've already considered HeRO and TalonRO and found that they were not to my liking.  Thanks for your time!

CarrotRO's population is too low for my tastes.  But thanks for the suggestion!

For HeRO, the amount of custom things scare me away.  Also the server is really old, not much to be done about that.  It's just a matter of preference for me.  I really did consider going there for a long time though.

Now that ElariaRO closed, you don't really have much choice. Either go on a 10-20 population server or go to a heavily customized server. Or go for non-trans or higher rates.

-1437 will convert the server settings into a freaking joke with countless crythreads or find another glitch via programs to wreck the economy (like on every server, sadly)

Just a waste of time to join there except you have some guest woes without any farming effort.

I don't think there is any server with your preferences out there after ElariaRO closed the gates.
You could either try ggRO or onlyro but onlyro will open next month.

[OriginsRO]

OriginsRO (site: http://originsro.org/) is a server that aims to provide a fun experience close to that of official servers. Although we launched in October 2013, we started even before Juno update (the one that brought in 2-2 classes), and have been reasonably releasing each official episode changing only where necessary. We are currently on episode 0.5 (Amatsu).

Rates are 5/5/5/3 (3x for bosses).
We are pre-renewal and currently pre-trans (trans classes will be added in a future episode)
Max level is currently 99/50. 99/70 once trans hits. 190 ASPD, 150 Instant cast and so on.
Our population is currently growing.
WoE is currently being worked on and shall be implement soon.
We do not accept donations, unless done anonymously. And there are no rewards.
The server is pretty stable connection wise.

SimpleRo is opening a new lowrate server starting sometime next week! It is close to what you're looking for.

We are a transcendent  non-renewal Server

The server likes to keep things simple! We have all of these!

We are Anima Ragnarok Online will be launching this January 10, 2015. I'll be giving the server information below then.

- Perfect! We're just sitting right on the edge, our server's rates are 25/25/25.
Transcendent Classes, Non-Renewal
- This too fits the bill. Yes, we are a Trans Pre-Renewal server.
Close(r) to Officials
- Max level 99/70, 190 ASPD, 150 Instacast, 0.01% for boss cards!
Decent Population
- When the server opens, we hope there will be more people who will join. We are striving to make the server a success.
BG/WoE
- WoE will be a present in this server, we even stress this; Free WoE Supplies during WoE for guilds who are active. BG, will soon follow.
No OP stuffs/excessive power to Donors
- We will not implement customs, except maybe for costumes, which only serves as cosmetics. The team also decides which item will be up for donates to maintain stability and no game breaking item shall ever be released.
No lag/delay.
- Our server is located in Los Angeles, California.
