LF > High Rate Server, no 3rd jobs and woe-oriented

Hi, I'm looking for a mid rate (at least 100x/100x/10x) or high rate (at least 500x/500x/50x). Im looking for a server that has no 3rd jobs and has a decent amount of players online PLAYING (100-300), so a 99/70 server. Something that is very easy to level up and to farm easily (hoping card drop is around 5-10% drop) and that MVP cards stay as low as possible (0.50% max). No helmets or boots with like 4 slots please...

Would also be nice to be a NA server.

Must have
- Warper, Healer, Buff NPC
- Commands such as @storage, @go, @warp, etc.
- 99/70 only
- possibility of multi-client
