Help finding a classic server (USA)
« on: May 30, 2018, 01:17 am »

Been quite a while since I've played RO, but I've recently gotten the itch, so yesterday I found myself back here at ratemyserver and found a server.  I started playing a mage today, and have been bothered by this cast delay...  /wah.  Can anyone point me in the direction of a server without this awful global cooldown?  I'm really just looking for PVE.  I think I want a classic server, but to be honest, all this talk of renewal, revival, revo and whatnot is confusing me.  I just want to play like it was back in the day when I played on iRO sakray.  (maybe with a bit higher rates).  Thanks!

Hey Pengwin,

Come check out DivinationRO

We are a brand new server located in Los Angeles.

Our PVE is pretty awesome and customized for a good solo, small party experience. So if you are interested in taking down bosses and MVPs and need the help to do it, we have support priests, pets, mercenaries to help you get the job done.

It is a pre-renewal server, no confusion in the revo classic etc, its like back in the day gameplay but with convenience features and customizations that make life easier

Revo-classic uses a different formula. This is the best reference I can find regarding revo-classic servers https://99porings.com/revo-classic/infomech/infomech . I'm not a big fan of it but revo-classic servers seem to be the go to of a lot of players. Origins RO is the one I can think of that uses the older mechanics (Pre-renewal) though their rates are really low, they're also stable and has been around for quite a while. But you can checkout mid rate servers if your not interested too much grind.
