Hi , I am popcorn & posting this topic on behalf of me & my guild seeking for a server.

ANY UPCOMING LOWRATE/MIDRATE. would be nice , a server which did not start yet & still accepting suggestions or testing stuff.

Looking for a server with professional staff .

So i guess here ill start

Rates: L/R or M/R ( i dont mind kind of hr as well )
Drop rates : mvp card should be less then 0.5.
With Healer which gives buffs
No OP donations ._.
I dont really mind 3rd jobs but ill not prefer them ( some of our members want to try it though )
NO HEAVY CUSTOMS
Population : 10 +

and once again we would love to see some good upcoming server who are willing to make the server the best.

Why not give Heaven-RO a try, we are a new server thats growing at a great pace.

We are a Mid-Rates server with Perfect rates.

Drop rates : mvp card should be less then 0.5.

Our drop rates are 50x so this means normal cards drop at 0.50% however our MvP drops cards at 0.30%

With Healer which gives buffs

Have have both, healer and buffer NPC

No OP donations ._.

All our custom items are perfectly balanced to suit the Ragnarok game-play, we don't believe in OVERPOWERED gears.

I dont really mind 3rd jobs but ill not prefer them ( some of our members want to try it though )

Rates: L/R or M/R ( i dont mind kind of hr as well ) - Malaya-RO is a midrate server with 50x/50x EXP rates & Unique Challenging Drop rates for ultimate fun factor..

Drop rates : mvp card should be less then 0.5. - Normal Cards = 0.1% Mini & MvP Boss cards = 0.03% drop rates.

With Healer which gives buffs - Every town has a Healer NPC which also give buffs such as increase AGILITY & Blessing at the same time..

No OP donations ._. - We are a no donations server so rest assured MONEY isn't part of the equation on how the game/server goes.

I dont really mind 3rd jobs but ill not prefer them ( some of our members want to try it though ) - We are a 3rd Job server with Full Renewal Mechanics & Mounts system.. (it's the best place where you & your guildmates to try 3rd jobs as we are fully updated & 99.9% working skills.. FULL RENEWAL MECHANICS which means much balanced & stable 3rd jobs) we are also having Trans Class exclusive WoE's for players who still prefer Transcendent Characters..


NO HEAVY CUSTOMS - Server has minimum customs.. we are using ALL official items & Headgears

Population : 10 + - Current population is around 15-30 players as we are still a new server (14 days OLD)

Okay.. considering everybody still writes a post even though you've asked for an "upcoming server" I'll give it a shot as well.

Now First off to answer your criteria:

Rates: L/R or M/R ( i dont mind kind of hr as well ) - Mid Rate (75x/75x/25x).
Drop rates : mvp card should be less then 0.5. - MVP Card drops are 0.05% and Normal Cards 0.5%.
With Healer which gives buffs - Healer that gives no buffs but a Fairy Buffer right beside that costs 750z.
No OP donations ._. - Our donations are very balanced, We only have 2 types of equipment donations, helm and a tiny wing, both have slots but only the helm has +1 stats. Wing:

BG: Additional Battleground with Rush & Conquest, self scripted not bought.
Language: All GM's support english, but also German, Swedish and Chinese. The community in general all speak english, some better than others. Although we also have Czech, Russian, Spanish & German speakers amongst others.
GM Activity: You'll find a GM on everyday.
Community: Everybody is very friendly.
WoE: Just starting today at 15:00-16:00 servertime (GMT+2)
NPC: Every town has a Healer & Warper (Dungeons & Fields), some also have Tool Dealer & Repairman.
Quests: Custom quests for Pets in a custom town. Hat Maker, Mission (Level Up) boards that help you level up after completing missions, as well as Mission (MvP Hunt) with which you can get special items that the Hat Maker does not provide.
Commands: @autoloot, @alootid, @whosells, @jtws, @go, @gstorage (password protected), @commands, @time, & more, NO @storage.

So Give us a try before you say no we'll accept you with open arms =)

as i mentioned i would like an upcoming server but its not really necessary. i would love to play any server which meet the requirements the upcoming thing is just a small advantage almost downloaded all of the servers mentioned giving a try , keep the severs coming ...

Well, considering I actually feel what you're looking for, I'm not going to post into detail about my server, considering most of the posts here are "TLDR", no offense.

I think the punchline will be this:
We have two crazily competitive guild at the moment, who have flame wars all the time though to the extent where the GM allows it.
We're launching WoE right this week, and we have a decent guild transfer package.
If Divine is a well-established guild, I'd invite you to join InfinityRO now so it will be a triangular war, making the competition crazy.

Also, this server is still in open-beta, we have 90% of the content placed but still 10% that has yet to come, we are expecting to officially launch and go all out in terms of advertisement by the end of this month.
