2 RO players looking for large active population server

Hey guys, we are currently playing Bragista RO (mid rate server) and the population there is quite active
with around 300~400 players peak during woe.
with a total of 4 guilds.

but it feels very lonely, BG isnt active, etc.

as a extrovert that I am, i am looking for a server which has the largest population like more than 3k active players?
a "mid rate" and "VERY balanced" server located in singapore, malay/ph would be  preferred than US/europe due to high ping.

My wife and I have recently joined NovaRO. It seems to be a really good server. Ive not seen below 4k people online. They are Renewal with 25x rates, but you can adjust that lower if you want.

They have a lot of custom items and tutorials and such.
