Since this is such a popular server, and I spent my time there, I'll just leave a short and sweet for everybody:

-GMs DO know what they're doing. Updates fairly often.
-A lot of skills and effects are custom. Kind of annoying, sometimes it doesn't feel like RO, but it is.
-Some attempt at balance is made, and for the most part it works, with a few glaring exceptions.
-Status effects do hurt. Think of the server as a glorified low-rate.
-WoE sucks, but people are pushing to make it better. So
-By far, the most anti-social server I have ever been on.
-MvPs can only be done in parties, and good luck getting into them unless you make friends with people. Ties in with people being completely anti-social.
-Tira is dead.
-PvP is actually pretty lame.
-GTB blocks magic, but not dispel.
-There are server timed events that are pretty decent for making money at.
-Quests for all of the wings.
-No donating for anything too good. Only nice little things, like ultimate bwing or flywing, or a sex change.

Overall the server isn't bad. If you learn the custom changes and manage to find that group of people that actually is social, then sure. But the fact that I was looking for a server that could fulfill my old desires and the fact that this did none of them really ruined it for me. People rarely leave guild towns if they have them, you can't just find a group of people and go out MvPing, nor can you solo them. PvP just sucks, and quite frankly, there IS some favoritism towards classes by the GMs.

Hope you like overpowered Gypsies and Profs if you play.

i think they did an insanely good job with Gunslingers

i even used their ideas partly to modify the subsequent servers that I played in.

yeah, it takes time to find your niche, which is atypical of other servers.

Correction: Parties with Star Gladiators. Otherwise forget it.

Well, i say that altho eRO is not a "sociable" server, it is in fact very "socialite" in the sense that the biggest use for donates aside from ultimate fwings [ultimate bwings are useless as @go is available], is Disguise credits. You need to look good to be recognised. The nice thing tho is that donation credits are tradeable, and back in May the going rate was like 4-6mil per credit, which isnt bad as making money in eRO is easy because of a large economy. I used to Play eRO back in Feb-May, my IGN was Kookaburra and I owned KookaCorp Merch fleet[10+ offline vendors]

Well, its not like shes really dead. I think she's just too busy with personal stuff. I played eRO for months and I've never seen her. Just look at their site and you'll see that the home page is updated not by Tira but by Okale.

He's like a sub-admin there that kinda took over so hes the de facto server owner atm.
