Apparently this is all derived from something that happened in WoE. If you want EXTREME DRAMA (like this) as a GM, run a guild and openly talk about it while GMing.

And I may have shown immaturity, but in all honesty, what have you all done? Getting on fake characters, saying "I'm a fag" but OH "I regret it". I could say I regretted saying what I just did. Okay so it looks like this is inevitable because my name is being thrown in with things that are not true.
So lets get these facts straight on my part.

I left this server for numerous reasons: One being the drama. I had enough of this drama its just a video game and it was causing me more stress then needed. So I will state that if you come to this server you will be overloaded with drama. I think that this post in itself is Proof enough. People will always continue to have their opinions and they will continue to clash with Colin. Kyou and I had a hard enough time getting Our opinions across with Colin and we were a big part of the server (me being a gm). There were numerous of times that our opinion was considered ?ude??or that we had to have it ?ur way??or that ?e thought we were the best.??But The biggest one was when this whole thing went down and Kyou and I were summoned in Jail with Atoli and Aurele to Discuss this issue. Colin continued to interrupt and be rude and say that ?f course he would he was pissed??To the point that even His bestfriend was quite upset with the way he was acting.

Two being: There was iffyness on him being Legit. Despite all the rumors and all of the things we heard from people in Divinity we left to follow Colin to see for ourselves. Sketh mentioned that Colin had obtained cards Quickly which is very possible if hunted quite often and with the right amount of good luck. But lets be real. Colin sometimes obtained very rare items/mvp cards in a matter of a day or even two with the drop rate of mvp cards at .5%. Colin would tell me he was going after a certain item or card (And Since I was on almost all day until late at night and would talk to Colin Quite often?匈 rarely saw him go hunt) yet it seemed that from the time he told me and I logged off at night to the time I got back on early in the morning Colin had obtained numerous MVP cards and those very rare items. And would sware up and down that someone was with him when it dropped and that he had SS? of him Hunting the mvp. But in fact that doesn?î¨,, mean anything when you have Autoloot on. It would be quite easy to @item it into your inventory and go ?ook look what I got??And if in Fact he does have ss? I don?î¨,, want to see just the items in the inventory I want to see numerous screen shots of  them killing the mvp and even then you can only capture so much from an SS because there is time in between them time enough to @item even if the mvp is dead doesn?î¨,, mean it dropped those items. Now I know there will be the same quote and there always is ?î®° have logs??but for some reason to me.. With Colins credited talent to scripting and knowledge of Private servers that there would be some kind of loop hole into changing or editing logs. But hey what do I know. I know nothing about being an Admin or scripting. Plus im quite tired of all of this in general if you want more facts look at Skeths Post or wait for Kyou add facts himself. Now to mention something even as simple as having Every Headgear in game or close to it plus duplicates seems quite unbelievable. You can say ?î®° had my other guildies hunting the items for me??But in between dex food hunting and mvp hunting and even gathering up regular gear how do you manage to do that? Most headgears to make consists of atleast 100-300 of certain items I know it? a high rate and I know those items drop at 100% but most the time to make one headgear you have to have another one.

Three: Sketh is one important reason I left. Despite that he can act out and take things too far sometimes which I HAVE mentioned all along to the GM team and Colin when I fought for Sketh? unbanning the first time. And he knows this himself.. But Sketh isn?î¨,, just some crazy He doesn?î¨,, yell for no reason most the time he WAS antagonized by Colin. Which in the end most of those arguments would lead to Kyou and I and Sketh would all have a meeting with Colin and some other GM/or Co admin and Colin would say the same old same old ?î®°?l change??with the knowledge of knowing he was antagonizing sketh because we had brought it up to him. Not only that matter but we also would talk about Sketh not crossings Colins Path in general. Now I know Sketh could handle situations better but Colin holds a bigger responsibility He is an Admin and it doesn?î¨,, matter what the case is it should never result into some of things Colin has said ?î®°m comment them now with his IP Information???î®° hope he gets IP hacked.??Sketh is my guild leader and a friend and I would follow him where ever he goes he has never put me in a bad situation or ever pressured me to leave or take sides. Now I just have one last thing to say. We all know Sketh has had issues with Colin but what about my Other Guildies who have never until now started acting out against Colin. I wasn?î¨,, there for that night of WoE and obviously this is something more than that now. But why ..why would the rest of the guildies have an issue with Colin why would they think that something was up that night of WoE When supposively they were winning and even Atoli (a legit in Twilight Brigrade Colin? Guild) herself say that they had died numerous of times. I know this will be brought up ?î®»hey were fired up about what Sketh was saying in world chat??but like I said above we all know Sketh has said things in world chat before with issues about Colin and not once to my knowledge did they ever act out as bad as they did this time. Something..MUST have happened. And I?l leave it at that.

I left this Server on good Terms with Colin and the rest of the GM team and I still talk to them today so there is no point saying oh its because im in The Vindicators (The guild Sketh leads) I just want everyone to know everything ive gathered up and my True opinions on things instead of my name just being thrown everwhere. I don?î¨,, mean any hard feelings and I hope no one takes this personally.

OK first off, people need to stop using my name in their posts. It is copyrighted and patented so I demand payment everytime you speak it without permission. P.S. Rini can say it. 

NOW on to the real issues here. *AHEM* In my honest opinion this server is full of drama. Just as Rini mentioned in her post. Some of the things were skeptical such as Colin's items, and since Rini explained it no need to say anything on that matter. She pretty much blew that out of the water. GO RINI YOU ROCK! =P

*AHEM* I was not present at this WoE. HOWEVER, I do know what's possible and what is not possible. This dmg that was stated to be done by Colin was outrageously high, SO high that it was not possible, UNLESS tampered with via GM commands to alter his INT to higher values, or using an 'altered item'. Now I was present during our second WoE with Twilight Brigade, Colin had his instant cast and his gears, all that he needed. And I can tell you that I could tank his lvl 10 SG all 10 of his hits without dying. And I used a Hwiz. Now 3 days later WoE happans again Colin still has instant cast..So that means he is wearing full dex gear plus dex food, which means he is not INT build. I heard from Atoli just as Rini mentioned that in fact the Twilight Brigade had been dying a TON. Sketh himself stated he had killed them many times. And also Sketh said he tanked his SG and JT while using ygg seeds so Colins Dmg was just as it was in the second WoE, not a one hitter quitter or even remotely close.

So, after dying a 'ton' Colin and a LK come back inside the EMP room to try to take the EMP no doubt. The LK as Sketh stated went straight for the EMP and attacked no one. Colin came in as usual with Instant cast and Killed the Champion with the first hit of the SG. From stated earlier that Champion had 10k HP so Colin can do 10k a hit with SG in WoE. That is not possible. Not with 160 int and amp and Deluge is that possible. Also note that NOT ONE of the Twilight Brigade's HP's had gone into the EMP room to say use Lex Aeterna. So this dmg is rediculously high even without that. Sketh mentioned being killed by ONE JT. He had 13k HP another IMPOSSIBLE Feat in WOE. Sketh was wearing Thara so (1-0.3)*(1-0.4)=42% of actual dmg Recieved. So Colin would have had to do at least 30k Dmg with his JT in order for the dmg to result to at least 13k after those reductions. 30k Dmg with JT is quite impressive on a 99/70 server with 99 max base stats...impressive and also Impossible.

I also see throughout their defense to this question, it has been roughly ignored and our topic has resulted into how rude Sketh was all 'beating around the bush' to the true matter at hand which was the questionable dmg done by Colin's High Wizard in WoE.

Colin has stated that he would do whatever he wants whenever he wants on his server. Why? Because its his server. There have also been countless times where Colin hasn't gotten his way and he has fumed and 'made' it go his way. 'If its not Colins way its the highway on his server'

With that being said after being Defeated twice in WoE and coming back for a third time with Full confidence of defeating the Vindicators...He fails again..and again...and I've seen his reactions in WoE. I'm sure he was getting pissed off and very frustrated.. Not to mention his passionate HATE for Sketh and undying want to hurt him in anyway. SO! How do I do that? I know! I will defeat him in WoE, even though I've been failing and can't do it...the only way left is to cheat, by altering his stats. The result..one hitter quitter super High wizard with damage not obtainable in any LEGIT way. So please..explain how that happaned..I'm really anxious to hear about it

I look back at my previous posts, and see that I could have handled this situation better than I did. We all have our differences and opinions. And, what I did say, about the insults came to me naturally, I think often before I act.

I'm done with this topic, I'm done with giving insults, I'm done with getting them. This stress has gone to all of our heads, what good does it do to all of us? Not a bit. If anything, the stress makes me feel literally sick. I am sorry for offending you, Moogle, because I feel that you are doing this because you felt like you got wronged. Sketh, however, I do not feel sorry for, and even did a DDoS attack on the server, which failed. (Either him or somebody he knows.)

I would like to say I can put this behind me, as long as all of you do, but if you don't, really, why deal with this stress? Why get frustrated? I know a lot of you are probably nice guys, but on different terms with everyone else.

If we all agree, can we settle in peace?

This isn't only about WoE anymore. This is about making threats to staff, this is about making all of us look like idiots on the forums, this is about keeping any dignity we have left for ourself, and not destroying it on one last RMS post. But, like I said, one side says no, one side says yes. They only reason people can assume that is because the GMs are in that guild, as well as the admin, who of course can't have any fun.

Your off, not me, this shouldn't be anyone else's matter, but ONLY because it was released in such manor, I acted the way I did, and even posted here. They were also banned for, you can guess it, making problems or beefs public, always starting some kind of argument.

And, when somebody else, who says it was us cheating, says he's done with the topic, you go for the one who's supposed to be the bad guy "ohhh he'd done, that's wrong!" He Said He Was Done Too. Did you EVEN read my whole post? Like I said, I'm done insulting, I'm done getting them, I don't want the stress, it literally makes me sick. What good does that do me, or anyone else, if their all sick from stress?

Kinda is.. server is listed on RMS... and as always I'm checking out different low-rates to play. Feel that the way GM'/Admin act is a certainly in the top 3 ranks of criteria when looking for a server. This is a review and all.

But... hah, doesn't matter much. Server with even a slight chance of GM abuse is off my list.

Oh, and seeing you didn't even use the full sentence in your quote, I have to explain myself. Sketh got banned for causing problems, and making accusations, so some guildmates came to "help him" "tare down the server". So what do we do when we get a threat like that? According to a lot of people, GO Ahead and let him play. But instead, we were bad guys, and banned him, so he makes a DDoS attack on the server. BUT NO. We are still the bad guys in this whole thing.

So, he took his complaint with being banned to RMS, after the post was up on , he made threats to the server, and made offense to Chiyame, who didn't do anything to him. So who threw the first punch? Not I, not her. We'll "regret" something, whatever he meant by that when he talked to Colin. AND YET STILL! We are bad guys, with a corrupt GM team. But what? If we didn't have that guild, as legit players, we wouldn't be corrupt?

...right.

Now, more onto the topic. What do you mean they don't care enough? They don't want to deal with the stress as much as I don't, except maybe Sketh, who will "tear down the server" with people who have already said they want nothing part of. And Thorin, your a GM (I'm assuming), how would it be if somebody created a guild, they left because they thought that the GM team hated them, left and made attacks on the server and the Co-Administrator? Maybe you are the calm type, but how would that make everyone feel? Would it stress you out? It sure in hell is doing that to me.

alright seahawk stop talking for colin.... since basically that is exactly what u are doing. Yes if i was able to tear down that server i would but i wont... even though i scanned it to see what are the possibilities i could actually do... and by just sending regular scans it crashed your forums/control panel.... which is fairly sad....also seahawk your nothing but talk man thats the sad part about.... yes i did had complaints on this server for Colin Cheating not the rest of you... so get that straight....i never had a problem with you untill  you posted inside these forums saying that u hate me and everything because im right....that Colin which is the admin of that horrible unbalanced server let alone the inbalance of the donations items on top of things.... giving out MVP cards like it was candy.......and the main reason that your guild can play evenly now with a possibility of winning woe is because my guild is not there anymore... Just admit that Colin was cheating and this will be all over and no more stress for you....Since its so stressful for you....not only that i agreed on Colin cheating, but Rini Chan and kyou event stated that sort of things are not possible to do in the begin with...knowingly Rini was part of your guys GM team....and she tried to help the server out as much as she could.....Dont get mad at my guild and ban them for voicing out they're opinions...also having Colin talking smack before WoE....and if we retaliate back saying his guild was bad or what not we get muted and banned for it... yeah thats very fair.....Just because your whole guild suck's in PVPing and in WoE dont complain and whine about it like little babies like u guys did in the very first woe! Sure you may act out.. but you seem to miss the point on why these people made threats for the server in the fist place. Wouldn't even have to be if there wasn't any cheating involved.. and I'm fairly sure something did go down.. seeing as one of your former GM's questions this Colin person's methods of playing. If sure most people here would act out if they had been wronged like that..not smart, but totally natural.

Meaning even when they can prove themselfs as not being the starters of this all.. they don't, prove their not the only bad guys.. possible release of their ban status and being allowed to play again. They care too little about the servers GM/Admin mechanics to even do that meaning even if they could go back they wouldn't.. sends out a bad signal about how things work around there.
