GenocideRO "corrupt GMs"

I am here to write a review for the super high-rate server GenocideRO

Although I do play this server, the GMs are very corrupt. The only 2 GMs that are willing to help you on that server are Nyquil and HwarangX. Half of the time no one else is on. Not only that but the Admin FTK (FullTimeKiller), he never does a single thing on his forums. You can sit there and flame anyone and I mean anyone, and he just doesn't care. Some of the players on that game are very friendly. Except for a few who in the "No Rules PVP" they tend to have those speed boosting "hacks" as some people call them. I have been playing this server for the past month? Over-All its a good server. Just the GMs and the Admin are completely dumb. I have met some pretty cool people on that server though. A lot of them were very helpful as I was starting out. My main point about this server is the GMs and the Admin. They do not follow the rules of the original iRO. Over-all the rating I would give it.. 3/5

Eh, you failed to include the reasons why everyone's account was deleted. It could be twisted in all sorts of ways:
1. He got tired of people complaining that he never does anything, thus, he claims revenge by wiping the server data (shows him as an immature/childish owner)
2. Due to some corrupt GMs several millions of zeny as well as GM items leaked into the economy, the owner had no choice but to wipe to correct this problem (regrettable, but understandable course of action)
3. He decided to apply several changes to the basic game mechanics to adjust the game-experience and technically make the server better. But a wipe was required to make it fair for the new people (possible when lowering rates, for example). Will piss off a lot of people, but is still somewhat justifiable.

I am rooting for #1 :V But I am just clearing up that by just saying "he wiped the server!" you are omitting something that is as important as the act itself.. the intention.

PS: 200 people is still a lot, the people who play my server would be in extasis if there was an average of 50 people online :V

Oh I know why he did it. He told me last night when I got on flat out that he was sick of my guild in the GvG PVP. All we'd do all day was sit in there and kill anyone that came in. My Star Gladiator (the guild leader) was the highest ranked Star Gladiator in the game. From the time the server started until the GM deleted all the old files and accounts, I had over 300 emperium breaks. Basically in that game if you are an SG with Black Butterfly Wings (Gives level 5 bash), you are virtually unstoppable

Uh. sounds to me like he should fix SG being immortal with Bash5, not wiping the whole server... doesn't wiping just means everyone has to start over, and eventually someone else will become the SG with bash that dominates everyone else? Unless he also made a few adjustments to fix it so this problem cannot arise anymore...
Hmm, wiping the server is going a bit far to get rid of a Guild that has been annoyingly powerful in PvP :B

Yeah I quit playing that game anyways. I moved to a lower-rate server called EuphRO >_<

That seems more than slightly ridiculous, but, really, like the previous post said...you have no evidence.


But, er, people should stop playing that server then. o.o I know I would, in a heartbeat.


And, yes, I would kill to have 200 people on <Server Name Removed>.
