Well, on a positive note, if those numbers are accurate, good job GM team. Yes, we do need a better support system though, even with those numbers because some tickets just take too long. Maybe consider getting a GM with the specific job of only handling tickets? What ever happened to GM Tesla????! He was one of the good/better GMs; he was like a support ticket machine and every time I had a ticket handled by him, I knew I was guaranteed 100% satisfaction! Fast, efficient, and reliable. Okay that is my extra two cents.

Those numbers are correct on the tickets, we made a huge announcement some months ago about getting the backlog under control and redid the system entirely so it is much more efficient overall. Like I said the only ones that take a bit longer are the scam/recovery cases (and Kerax's which shouldn't have taken that long but if one goes longer, well we aren't perfect.) The scam and recovery ones take longer because (using a current example without names) we get a lot of cases where someone says oh this person stole my gear. Then that person comes back with SS showing that the person gave them the gear with no expectation of getting it back. Then a third person comes in saying oh no that person wanted it back and said so in this SS. Then we get a 4th person saying 1 and 3 are just trying to set 2 up and get them banned on purpose. So yeah....it takes a while and is probably why most servers don't even offer recoveries.

The problem with getting a GM specific to tickets is that we would have to hire someone new JUST for that job. Which means we are giving some new person complete access to EVERYONES accounts and passwords. That...is a scary prospect. The only people who have access to tickets are staff that have proven themselves trustworthy and even then there is always a risk.
