As per our terms of services, a server can create a new listing no less than 2 weeks after their listing were suspended for the first time.

Your screenshot didn't show the exact date, if you do have the date that is any time on or after October 3rd, 2021 that will apply to their current listing.  Thank you for your report and we appreciate your effort in keeping our review system fair.
