Is it even possible for people to get to their website? All their URL's send you to a site that tells you to vote and then pops up a bunch of random spam pop-ups. Did Niktout die or did I miss something? That looks like an automatic voting site where they force vote without people even knowing.

Odd. For some reason the site doesn't display anything but that in Firefox, no flags.
I can see it now only in IE though.
