So...originally, I wasn't going to post these screenshots, because I felt that it was a fun server, and there was no need to rat on it. BUT, when GM Karma went @dropall on my cousin, I decided to post the screenshots and get banned.
Here's what happened. I was WoEing with my friends, when suddenly, the GMs came up with a delicious offer...that I didn't care about. But I took screenshots for reference. As I mentioned in my review, they were offering a Valkyrie Helm event for RateMyServer reviews. Best of all, they can be in different colors :O. Except green. And no, it's not just one GM trying to hurt the server, there were a few GMs on, all typing in pretty yellow font.

The same admin abusing his power. But first, i gotta blame the host(Admin Johnny). The host doesnt want to do anything, leave all the work and give power to 2 of the admins.
This is how corrupt one of the admin is. The corrupt admin, which is GM K*rm, *=a, always revenge on people that is against him or killed him. Not just one bad admin, the host is lame, lazy, and has brain of a 3-year-gold. One time i reported Admin johnny there was a botter. He spend around a minute or so to look at the botter. He first comfirm its a botted, which i already know and confirm. How i confirm it? The botter is a wizard that just keep spamming LoV in gold room, what i did was, i used my prof to use Land Protect, so his LoV doesnt do anything. I keep on spamming LoV, the botter just keep LoV the cordinate on the monster. I told him i LPed im public, and even pm. I confirmed everything before i told the admin, since i already know how lazy the gm/admin are on that server. So, as i was saying, Johnny first confirm its a bot,(kill and res is a way gm can test if they are bot) so johnny jailed him. He went back to pvp, and i my friend told me, johnny released the botter, saying he is not a botter. I dont really know why johnny said that, but i guess maybe the botter relogged and pmed him? Since my friend said johnny said the botter just doenst feel like talking to anyone, thats why he didnt respond to me. Regardless of the laziness, lets see what the other admin did.
Our guild always go against him, and killed him.(GM, or admin Karma) Like i mentioned on the other topic, it was first started with him trying soloing our castle. To the majority of other people on the server,(gm butt kissers) they will let the gm take it. I dont know what the admin is trying to prove, maybe feeling good to show off he got gm items? on his so called "legit" account. After many battles between my guild and the admin, the admin decided to set us as enemy. He even ignore me when i pmed him.
I wasnt sure if he was ignoring me, until i dual client with a new char, and pmed him for help. He responded to my new char, but still ignored my character that he known in the guild called "AnimedTheater."
As a mature player, I dont lick GM/Admin butt to hope they they will favor you, and work for you. As a professonial/mature admin/gm, they should never favor e-friends.
I already know the admin is corrupt, i just cant believe he would drop all the items from my friend's inventory just because my friend killed him.
That kind of server, should be removed from rms.
Lol, yeah i agree with the GMs/Host whoever, are lazy and dumb. They cant get things straight. Well, the skill " Please dont forget me still isnt back" i guess they dunno how to nerf. That botting situation that ragnafan was talking about, i was there of the incident too. Although i dont have any screen shots...but yet....Johnny obviously saw that was a botter. The botter told him " I just want to be alone"........... He was dumb enough to believe that. Someone who doesnt pick up jellopy(price of gold) and doesnt do anything if we trap them in ice wall, kill all the porings she is after <-- that is obviously botting and after Johnny killed her. He said " she is botting" but he doesnt know that botters can ALSO talk like humans.........oh man xD.

I remember the issue had been brought up in reviews before but when asked for proof no one provided any so no action can be taken.
Remember review guidelines #7:
7) Reviews regarding fraudulent practices. In case of reporting fraudulent practices, you should contact us directly with proof such as URL or screenshots. Writing a review of that sort will be deleted if without proof. If the server is found guilty we will remove the server with its reviews altogether.
Ok, why the hell do you only listen to them? Here is the real story
1st-The valk helm had NOTHING to do with voting. The GMs were telling people to vote because we had about 60-70 people with only about 4 votes here, we never told them the score, if the topic replier would show you, they all said they were kidding about the scores.
2nd-I used dropall on you because you had illegal items, its an item that you had 4 of and made your TSS do 999k, no s*** its illegal and action would be taken, I offered to let you borrow some of my legits items but you were a baby and quit.
3rd-Lazy and dumb? Really? How about you make a server while still being in highschool, spending every second working on the server with two other people, yeah, so lazy and dumb. Hey you go ahead make a server, edit all of this, add items, quests, npcs, edit skills, and when you do all of that in about the 4 hours I get a day, I will say I am lazy and dumb, but for now, that was just the dumbest thing I've heard by far from an angry player.
4th-And you're so right, I dropalled him because he killed me, doing 999k to my creator with 85% med resist, 25% range resist, and elemental resist. Oh, and it doesn't hurt he used illegal cards that I have been talking about,broadcasting about, and posting about, all of the time that I was going to do something, well now I did. And your cousin, NoobSchooIBus, wasn't even close to a good player in there. All he did all day is sit in PvP, wait for new people to the server to go in and gang them with his guild, I wasn't going to try to help him with rebuilding if that's the player, I even flat out said "Well, I suppose I could let you borrow some things from my legit if I wont be online" thats exactly what I told him then I saw this, wow, he is so mature about everything.
5th-Corrupt? That's your smart answer to people who beat you? WOW since I can regain HP with attacks, I know, you obviously look hard for builds don't you? OOOH A TAO AND SOME ANGELING CARDS!!! WOOOTS AND HYDRA AND TG...-.- That was just a stupid accusation.
So what exactly was the event about? please include as much details as possible from both sides.
1)If the valk had nothing to do with voting, why was it said? just to lie to people to get votes? So all the HIGH scores are fake?
2) illegal items? they were there to begin with, he just used them O_o. you can always just take it out........were there any warnings? NONE, if there were, he would have got rid of them.....but NO NO WARNINGS AT ALL. He just dropped all of his items at the spot....so corrupted.
3)lol you are the one that is angry, im just pointing bad points about the server =], nothing good to point out either >.>
4) porings are illegal cards? you just have the illegal combo there >.> take it out? Maybe it was just a glitch -.- w/e fix it...
5)You are pretty corrupt >.>, you do things that no other GMs do in other servers, going on legit chars and like........calling people "noobs" and revenging on them like crazy, people are sensitive you know? thats why this has to be posted. Looking for builds is the hard part, we are su[pose to look hard for a good build. We dont just use tao and angeling, damn what a loser sarcastic remark lololol. oh wells. its all about looking hard for a build to make oneself satisfied.
That was a separate GM saying he is having an event, I believe it was Hide n seek, and prize was Valk helm, he never once said to vote for it. No warnings? I told him I posted multiple times about it on the forums, then he said he didn't go there, I told him his fault, then I said well I have been broadcasting it and he said he wasn't online, again, not my fault. Bad points? That why you guys are doing this?? Hah, I don't see anyone playing the server posting here, just you two. Really? I call you noobs because I help the people you guys gang and you can't beat me, if you think I am corrupt, ask Skaw in there, I showed him my build and he was so pissed at how blatant it was that I was using those cards. Oh and as for us wanting more votes, yes, we broadcast once in a while, I just say please vote if you have spare time outside of playing, and that's right before I leave, that's it. We aren't bad people, hell, I don't ask for donations at all, we don't have donation items, nothing. We just do crap how it benefits the players in the long run, not hard to see if you play it w/o being pissed. Hell, people requested a mid rate, I was going to put forth my birthday money coming up towards a second host for it, now, if I am so corrupt, evil, and stupid, why would I do that? BTW, if those scores are fake, ask the people, its in their opinion, NOT YOURS.
We are the only ones posting this, cause you KARMA, are basically against us (our guild). You just had a grudge against it. None of this would have happened if you just nerf the skill and not make it passive...

Look at the first picture of screenshots, they told them to go to RMS and give it a 10 for event, how low can you guys go? Even though u guys want us to vote....THAT came up...so it kinda shows that you werent really getting votes.......your friend Link had to tell them to give you guys 10s, so i was thinking......how can...there be such things as 10? 10 mean 100%, lol no server is 100% unless you are absolutely sure. Am i wrong? how can a community be 100% nice? or cool or whatever? there are bound to be rebellious people out there. In every server..if i gave a 10 before...i wasnt thinking. they are 9's now. Ok, if you told NoobSchoolBus that it was on the forums, im not gonna argue about that topic, then thats his fault. Should have told him to drop it. Im posting bad remarks because there are too much and that everyone should know what they are. People dont go here because they play the server. Why dont you tell them to read? they will probably be on your side if you bribe them...>.>
Well second thought, the screenshots does also imply there is a separate event about the valk helm AND the 10's were said joking etc. So what's a "valk event" does giving out item for review is a "valk event"? the screenshots doesn't say it clearly in the bribing part.
I wasn't there I don't know the details really, the evidence is very weak if you argue enough. I will just give Next Level RO the benefits of the doubt unless more solid evidence is shown. Server unsuspended.
Also another point, if it was really a bribing event then it must be failed horribly ... there were only 1 review made on the date of the annoucement. How come?

probably we were the only ones who werent greedy, its kinda dumb how they would do that O_o. Some people wants the item so they fall for it. So you dont see that was bribing? telling people to give 10's so they can get a chance to get a valk? oh well.
Dude, you know they were kidding about hte 10s, you know the person who said it. I made it passive until I found out how I was going to nerf it, I was asking for ideas about it and I couldn't find a good way yet. As for yC, thank you so much, sorry for the issues.
@Yc: Unfortunately, I wasn't on for the Valk Helm event, so I have don't screenshots for the event, if it ever occurred. I was merely saying that I had more screenshots of me actually playing the game. XD Thanks for going out and passing judgement the way you see fit. I'll be more responsible with my review next time. Sorry the screenshots weren't in order, I could have sworn they were based on their numbering. >.O
@Karma1: You know...there are more mature ways to take away illegal items from people than @dropall. It seems a bit too specific, you know? Just because my COUSIN (he's not a member of RMS) had the items doesn't mean someone else wouldn't. Wouldn't it be more mature to take out all of the illegal items all together and leave the rest of my cousin's equips on his char? You can always implement them back in when you're done balancing. I never said that my cousin was good; he also doesn't just attack new players. It's PVP, free for all, it's just as ok to DT as it is for you to help the people getting attacked. 1VS1 = duel arena. It's also mean to @dropall someone's equips, then say you'll let them borrow yours when you're not on. No matter how innocent the statement was, your feelings cannot be expressed online, and so, it sounds a bit high and mighty of you to make that statement.
I've went on the forums serveral times and cannot find any posts in the announcement section regarding illegal items such as porings cards. I didn't thank you for providing me a server to play on. Thanks for providing the funds for the server, I enjoyed playing on my whitesmith and sniper during my stay at Next Level.
@both: And yes, I know that Link and GMs were joking about the 9s and 10s. Because the Valk Helm event description was right after the "If you all go vote at ratemyserver.net and give a 10," they seem related. Especially since Link didn't hint that it was a joke. The other GMs typed other comments, but never actually said that the event wouldn't take place or that the event wasn't actually connected to the reviews. My screenshots stopped there because the GMs didn't say anything else relevant to the topic.

Well, that card has a purpose, won't say it now, and I used dropall because he knew he shouldn't have it. And whether or not its free for all doesn't mean I cant make fun of him for it. Either way, I am done here.
you cant blame some1 for using something that is ingame. If you dont want it used then edit the db. players will use what makes them strongest, it is admins job to make items available or not... you simply cant have item ingame and tell people not to use it.
