Renegade RO - No forum, but the facebook page advertises it. Pretty sure it already started because several of the reviews after this date have in-game names posted. I know some reviewers like to post their in-game name, but this seems a bit of a coincidence.

Rivendell RO - The title of the thread reads "List ID for voting reward rms" followed by players listing their rms acct names and in game names.
