Well, the server is fun. Good GMs, good events, some are friendly some aren't. The pvp is okay as far I have seen. No over-powered items. The only down-side to this server is the economy. There's actually about 120 or so players, the rest are merchants in autotrade. And they're alot of them. Well, yeah.

This isn't actually a negative review, so I'm being kinda nitpicky - but I'd like it to be deleted. Claims that there are only around 120 or so players with the rest in autotrade, which is the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard. I've never seen more than 120 vends at any one time - whereas the total population is usually in the 450-550s.

As of right now (only vending map):

For further emphasis, the number of NON-vends in the vending town (so it's 87 minus these people):

87 players on map (INCLUDING non-vends, and this is main town)
380 total

Again, sorry for being awkward about this, but I'd like it gone.

This user didn't break any rules. Saying there are only 120 players could be an exaggeration, but generally most users use @autotrade to vend, so most are just venders.
Just simply respond to it saying he shouldn't over-exaggerate so much. - Forgot it wasn't below 50, thanks yC for reminding me.
Keep in mind, YOU have not seen that many at once, others may have.

Tira

Obviously most use @autotrade to vend, but how is that even vaguely relevant? If there are only 40-50 or so vends out of 380 people (at a LOW population time), then clearly 380-50 does not equal 120.

To check it at ANY given time, it's not hard to check the CP and see how many characters are Merchants/Whitesmiths/Creators/Alchemist/Blacksmiths compared to all other classes, so feel free to do it - and even assuming that EVERYONE playing those classes is vending, that still doesn't account for the average 400+ others.

Ultimately, the review is misleading and mis-representative.

Zone

Well, this user feels that the majority of the server is venders.
He has every right to voice that opinion as long as it isn't breaking the ToS or rules for reviews.
His review doesn't make that much a difference in your server's look overall, but it is still his review, and it didn't break rules.

At least his/her review isn't really that harsh. It may be false, but it's not bad enough to get removed.

It could very well just be his misconception of the server, but that is how he sees it, and removing that review is saying he has no right to judge a server.

This is why server owners should be able to respond to good reviews aswell as bad ones.

Hmm, why not post in [Here] suggesting that?

first of all, the review system is not the 'only write what i want to see' system.  Opinions are treated with respect here.

Zone already explained the user does not break any review guidelines.  To quote "There's actually about 120 or so players, the rest are merchants in autotrade." and show screenshots, I don't think it is necessary.  Obviously there are average low and high population in different time of the day.  Screenshots of one moment doesn't represent another at all...  What I mean is we shouldn't doubt both side of the story.  Afterall, the person writing the review talks good about the server on the rest of his review.

If you want this review to be deleted you will have to provide the IP range of the reviewer.  This is always part of our remove review process for any reviews that does not break any review guidelines.  Asking for the IP range is just to show that you know who the person is that is causing you trouble.  Usually it is easy to tell because spammers that get caught in the system usually also do threats in forum or in-game so it is easy to tell.

In addition, rather than have us guessing what the reviewer intended to mean in his review, I will drop and email to him/her regarding this matter.  So that he could refine the review him/herself if he didn't expect to cause an offend of this sort.

Quote for emphasis.

If I could respond to it in the review itself, I wouldn't have bothered posting at all. I think being able to respond to positive reviews in addition to negative would be a good addition - especially since I occasionally see reviews for other servers that are obviously posted one mark above the positive/negative borderline, just so that owners CAN'T respond, which is really cheap.

Just for emphasis.
