Infused RO Mass email?

I dont know where this guy got emails but there was a mass email that he sent to like....i dont know how many people, i wasnt sure if that was allowed or not, hence me reporting it here. PM me if you want more details

If you mean private message in this forum, then no.  Mass of them is considered a form of harassment.

If you mean mass email, then we can't help you here.  Either we allow it or not, people are still going to do it.  We have no power in government the internet email system. 

If you can provide more information such as the content and the server name that is doing it, this will be moved to Hall of Shame, otherwise this report does not belong to this forum.
