Double listing - RageRO

RageRO have listed the same server twice on ratemyserver.net.
One listed as 'Rage Ragnarok Online' and the other as 'RageRO'.

Both need to be delisted.  We emailed them about a list of problems previously and nothing has been fixed (rates mismatch, no contact/forum, links are not clickable in firefox).  Then somehow the owner created another listing ... under the same account.
