Yes I know this, there was another listing of their mid-rate banned just a day ago. (http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=detailedlistserver&serid=2236&url_sname=BulletRO as linked from their site)

From what I can tell, it seems they removed the incentive message (Yes after i suspended their first listing it was removed) and someone else that can edit their site put back the message.  Now their other listing is in trouble too.

I am awaiting for their respond, but I will suspend it first and talk to them to solve the problem.
