i played this server over a year ago im surprised its still up. i remember i was banned because i played in my friends server just the best sign of thanks the admin KOPI showed to the 10 founding players who helped advertise and vote and even donate for the community this server is ok but admin wise it sucks sorry for being rude but it is true for those who remember us who were banned a year ago this is Tooya on behalf of the DragonForce Guild good luck in the server beware of the people incharg

He's giving a review on the server in this present time, while we wiped at December of 08 and re-did our whole system... and he played a year ago. Doesn't really make sense?

I had a terrible time dealing with the horrendous Pinoy community who would harass you through whisper chat with random Tagalog curse words. But the worst part is incredibly corrupt GMs. The worst instance of this was about 1~2 years ago when the admin decided to "hook up" with some girl who donated over $400. He allowed her to use his admin account to harass people. Class balance is nonexistent, donations are overpowered and the economy is still ruined by an old Thana card glitch.

There was no girl who donated $400, no thana card glitch, and none of the "allowed her to use his admin account to harass people" business. If there was, I'm 1000000% SURE that SurgeRO would get called out since a lot of players joined Surge 1-2 years ago for being #1 on the HR server list and there were active players who were like active RMS members. I can guarantee that those 3 things... NEVER OCCURED.

This is one of the worst server I have ever played in. The owner ALWAYS say that he is busy but yet says that he will implement recluse; more than eight months have passed and no recluse city (including idealro). Why would you open a server if you never have time. Just proves that the owner is a retarded asian. The community is full of pinoys and noobs. As soon as you enter PvP some noob is waiting to asura you. Many GM's have quit lately. Don't waste your time on this server, its not worth it.

Personal attacks allowed? Review was made 3 months ago.

I'm sure there's more... but that last one just gets to me.

tooya777 - I wouldn't guess a reason why he make a review after a year.  It's like you made this report on reviews that were made/replied 1-3 months ago.  Only the person acted on it knows why.  Currently, there is no guideline that govern old experience new review.  Reading the review, the score and your reply to it that was made a month ago, the review is valid and doesn't look like he was doing it out of spite.

Missingno - Sent a message to the reviewer for clarification request.  Just to make sure we take the time to listen to both sides before we take action.  So if we don't get any update (in this topic or email from him/her) in a timely manner (3-7 days) the review will be deleted.

Coni - Thought nobody was offended from that since you replied to it peacefully on the same day, 04-17-2009.  Deleted.

Seems to me your server got a run of negative reviews previously.  I ran a check on the current 26 reviews and nothing unusual was found.

It was kind of you to send me an e-mail about this, yC. Unfortunately I don't have any screen shots of the events. I can still recall everything in detail, though.

Her name was Brandi (her in-game name was "KinkyBrandi" or some variation of that). About two years ago she was the admin's "girlfriend" and had allegedly donated $400. Some friends and I saw her running around in Ayothaya mall as the admin's character (it was obvious because not only did she say she was Brandi, but she also spoke in the same obnoxious chat speak) muting everyone she "didn't like". She was generally vulgar and didn't really say much for the admin's character.

As for the Thanatos glitch, there was a metric ton of drama about Thanatos spawning over and over or something like that around the same time as the aforementioned events (I apologize for making it sound as if it was a glitch in the card itself, unfortunately it was hard to clarify that with limited space). Basically it made a surplus of Thanatos cards available so everyone and their grandma had one. Eventually it made the economy inflate quite a bit and things got to be a bit difficult for a while. But when I did come back and eventually quit again (which was around the time my review was written) I was disappointed that the economy had not gotten better despite the server wipe.

I know I referenced a lot of old things in my review, but I felt it necessary because much of it still affects the server today. You may continue to deny these things, but I honestly do not care. Not every review you ever get will be positive. There will always be negative ones and I recommend you listen to these because sometimes they offer some advice that could be beneficial to you in the future.

Surge still needs a lot of work, but if you keep at it I'm sure you can improve it and make it a better experience. All the best.

Now with Missingno replied, it's a case of word vs word where each have their own stories.  With no actual supporting document from both sides.  I believe a review and a owner reply is able to stay on the listing.
