I replied this in email I think.  Just this screenshot it's hard for us to do anything.  Because it doesn't say review of what, and just that single line without other lines from the GM/Admin it is hard to guess what he mean or if it's a joke in between convo etc.  No idea what's that he is trading ...

Do you have other ss that would show more evident?

if you read the server reviews a lot of them are nonsense reviews + 100 ratings

those of which are nonsense and + 100 ratings are bought either with an item or a Job change to 3rd job
