Also the owner has been informed and says he will change it, but until he does it is still considered breaking the rules, correct?

Reasons for this report::
False drop rates. (No proof)
False Base-exp rates. (Job is right though)
*I'm not sure if it breaks the rules, but there screenshots have another server's image/name. (Look at any screenshot)

Well the screenshots 007 and 008 have their login msg says 1k/1k/1% which matches the listing.  So there is no mismatch of info yet.  I would give it some time before doing anything, the listing was only up yesterday.
