Review That Doesn't Follow Guidelines

    *  1) Reviews that do not give any explanation for the score given (no matter the score is high or low) will be deleted. i.e. "Best Server out there!", "Join Join Join <3", "This server SUCKS!", "GM corrupted the server. 10/100" Why "gm corrupted" will be deleted? Because it does not give a fair score with respect to the Stability/Availability etc.
    * 2) Reviews consisting of trolling, spamming and/or personal attack.
    * 3) Reviews consisting of language that is unacceptable to our site.
    * 4) Reviews that mention the name of other server or person (Depend on usage).
    * 5) Reviews consisting of link(s) to third party image or site (Depend on usage).
    * 6) Reviews regarding fraudulent practices. In case of reporting fraudulent practices, you should contact us directly with proof such as URL or screenshots. Writing a review of that sort will be deleted if without proof. If the server is found guilty we will remove the server with its reviews altogether.
    * 7) Reviews that complain about the inability to connect to a server's site or download a server's patch files. If you cannot connect to the server or can't download their patch files. Simply do not review it. Only review when you have been on the server.
    * Reviews with intent to increase or decrease the server's ranking.
    * 9) Reviews that refer to the review of others (this is not a forum).
    * 10) Reviews that are considered as sales pitches that tell nothing about the server. (That is not the meaning of writing a review.)

server is a copy of essence ro. many familiar things with ero. i can say lag free server and it s stable. community is frienly too. ppl are friendly and they are willing to coop with u however gms are arrogant and unfriendly. admin doesnt do anything when u are insulted even in front of her. nice server with friendly players but it has pretty low online.its worth playing if u like low on and if u can endure stupid arrogant gms.if u wanna play this type of server essence ro is still first choice

He advertised EssenceRO twice his in review. He does not explain his rating. He's just insulting the CharmRO Staff. He/She as very rude in-game and advertised EssenceRO in-game also (Even though that does not matter on Reviews). There is also personal attack in this review. And his intent was to decrease our ranking. I can provide a chatlog, if needed. We also had 84 online, I don't think that's low at all.

It almost seems like this player hasn't even been in game. I'm pretty sure they have, as cafer the ... nailer? Which in itself is tiptoe-ing on the rules.
However, I do agree... mentioning Ero with no reasoning behind it is a big worrying for me, and I don't appreciate my name being dragged through the dirt for his own personal agenda (i.e. Getting people to join Ero)

Why do people bother trying to do that in such a rude manor.  Honestly there are other ways to attract members to another server but they always use methods in which to hurt or give bad credit to the owners or GMs or anyone really...
