Purpose of Reviews?

There was a GM banned from our server(SliceRO) recently, due to indirect transfering items from GM account to legit account. And just because I bruised his massive ego, He's been asking his friends on other server to write us bad reviews. Offlate, we're ranked no. 2 under the high rate section, and it is quite apparent, that the latest 2 reviews we've had were by players from NoobFuryRO, and probably just being done to get them back to Rank 2. We barely had any bad reviews, untill last week. This is upsetting.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Thats not quite justified. People from other servers reviewing a server they've never played just to bring its rating down is completely trash.

You can't put the blame on other servers when there are negative reviews on you.

I looked at the 5 reviewers, they rated your server and a bunch other servers.  Not just noobfury or anything.  One of them reviewed 10+ servers.  The private server population can be very mobile sometimes and playing multiple servers isn't a rare case, I cannot conclude that the reviews are triggered from other servers trying to manipulate results on you.

If there has been an unfortunate event happened on your server, it is your job to sort it out peacefully.  I could only offer you the standard practice here:

1)  Quote review that is breaking the rules and we will look at each one.

2)  For reviews that are having scores lower than 30, private message me the IP of the reviewer if you can and i'll look into it.

Its just as assumtion. Im not blaming anyone really, although, the one who had written more than 10 reviews? Hes the GM that got banned, Thus the reviews.
