Xray issues. Xray site registration issues. Options..?

Trying to play a brand new high rate server I found. I have Ragray installed, fully patched and I am getting errors with the client I want to play on.

Unable to load table Xray\(name is file).txt

So.. I try to register at HeliumRO so I can download this magical 'xray-thing-a-mah-bob' and fix the error, but the security code comes up as a little red 'X'. Also, in FireFox the security code doesn't even register as being there.

How can I fix this error..? I've tried three fresh installs of RagRay, letting it fully patch each time. Still errors on me.

Can I download this xray-thing-a-mah-bob somewhere else..?

If the server you're trying to play on doesn't work without problems like that from the start then it's not worth playing on.

In any case. The player should not have to download a client anywhere. Either it works or it doesn't. Doesn't have to be related to the client either.
