i WOULDN'T call this a high rate, just a more pvp oriented server that just goes straight to the pvp aspect of this game. it's a fresh one in fact. A good server to start a guild on. Skips the whole leveling part in which i have done at least 10 or more times in low rates. Community is slowly growing and GM's are active and know what they're doing. No Crazy Donations. No lolwtfhax wings. And keeping RO the way it was meant to be played. 99/70.

Then can't you just make the character START at level 99/50? Or have an NPC who gives you nine billion XP after you talk to him?

Yet.... it is impossible not to do it like that. I don't have much time to play, and you can probably easily guess that the only RO server I play when I have time is in my own :v

Fortunately, the server seems to be surviving quite well despite me not being in there, but I also noticed that a lot of info goes around said and known which never gets posted in the forums (such as bugs, for example), it would help if people would be more informative without there being a need to me to jump ingame :V (plus it's annoying when I hop in and people start asking me about the game. Hence why I go incognito nowadays :B )
