I don't think it was banned because I'm currently having the same problem... Something about linking your forum account to your game account if you don't have all your game accounts linked to your forum account you can't log in. Well, I don't know for sure if you're experiencing the same issue, but it's possible.

A lot. Over the past 10 or so years...some of the names I can't remember but some are Ethereal RO, HeRO, EpicRO,TalonRO and so many more. Since I started playing RO again this past few months after being on a 5 year hiatus it's been mostly low-mid rates and now on a low rate server called Ragnarok Reborn ( Which is an amazing server, I think I finally found ''the one'' lol. )
